This Jumpsuit just may be my #1 favorite,it was for years, but i have so many faves now.:D
Re: Short Fringe Jumpsuits (1970)
Are there two or more of these suits or were the beads just changed out, on one suit, as they got worn? On opening night in Vegas the beads were pastel shades whereas the suit in Graceland has non-pastel beads. I haven't compared closely to note any other differences...
Re: Short Fringe Jumpsuits (1970)
i think the beads were just changed as they wore out
Re: Short Fringe Jumpsuits (1970)
No, there are two different Fringe Suits. The one he used in Vegas in the summer of 1970 has thinner tassles and different color beads. The one that's on display at Graceland is the one he used during the September and November tour of 1970. This one has thicker tassles.
Re: Short Fringe Jumpsuits (1970)
Thanks dudes! Great suit, either way.

I agree. There were 2 different fringe suits. The one I photographed in an earlier post has the thinner tassles made from rayon soutache cord. The tassles on thicker fringes suit appears to be made from the same material as the suit itself.
