I thought you would like the following information:

Brian :D

'Suspicious Minds' fares even better on the 12" Chart, where it debuts at No.1, even though it doesn't exist. That's because it is actually a 10" single, and as these are comparatively rare, they are given honorary 12" status. The 10" version sold 2,037 copies.

Already the solo artist with the most No.1 albums in the UK, Elvis clocks up his 11th with the new release 'Elvis The King'. The album is Elvis' third posthumous No.1 and extends his span of number one albums since his first chart topper, 'Rock 'n' Roll' in November 1956, to more than 50 years, the longest of any artist.

Elvis has now sold more than 5 million albums in the UK so far this century with annual sales totals of 796,257 (2000), 576,478 (2001), 1,174,470 (2002), 734,116 (2003), 431,805 (2004), 764,599 (2005), 344,047 (2006) and 324,188 so far in 2007 adding up to a grand total of 5,145,960.

With the entry of 'Suspicious Minds' at No.11 in the UK Singles Chart on 19th August 2007, Elvis reclaims his longevity record for Top 40 Entries from Dame Shirley Bassey. Elvis first entered the UK Single Charts with 'Heartbreak Hotel' on 11th May, 1956. His longevity record is now 51 years and one day. Shirley's record was over 50 years having first entered the UK Singles Chart on 15th February, 1957 with 'The Banana Boat Song'.
