So this is the "big surprise" Lisa had planned for the 30th?

Ecch ... wasn't the Don't Cry Daddy duet enough of an abomination?

You got it right, is this joke and the Vegas double CD the best we got to honour one of the greatest and most important artist of the last century?

Seems we?re still stuck and living in the Camden releases era.

Those ENs editors are biased and will only publish yes-men's opinions and do respect all fans' comments (even when they're harsh, fans always send in sincere and constructive criticism) Wonder if they know english enough to run that site... american philosophy and way of life, and above all, free expression is treasured in this country; maybe not so much abroad (NL??)
We love Elvis and have sent in hundreds of suggestions and recommendations but they always know it better and wouldn't even print those...they'd rather stick to poor judgement of some of their own crew (with short vision and no marketing experience).

What on earth are you talking about? This thread was about Lisa Marie's latest duet with Elvis.

Hmmm ... is it Mr memphis77 all over again? Is that you, old son??

ITA, the woman can't sing. And she proves it again and again
by spicing up these special celebrations/commemorations with
VIDEOTAPED "performances" that have been mixed to bits and
carefully directed to make it look worthwhile. Oh well.

Why do people not read what it says in a post? Did I say I don't
like her? No. I just stated the fact that she cannot sing. If in your
language that means the same as not liking a person, so be it.
Warren Beatty cannot sing either, yet I love him to bits as a
person and as an actor. See the difference?

Well, she can just show up, can't she? She doesn't need to
torture people audio wise, they haven't done anything to her.
I'm sure everybody will appreciate it if she'd just show up, since
she's been notably absent for most special occassions (25th
year, too, I believe).

Lisa shouldn't have to be the spotlight everytime. Just let her live her life.

If she doesn't want to be in the spotlight she shouldn't show
up at the red carpet for every opening of an envelope nor
should she have chosen the limelight be pretending to be a
singer nor should she have married very public figures like
Michael Jackson or Nicolas Cage.
There are plenty of celebrity offspring who live quiet, normal
lives far away from the spotlights and papparazi.

That's my opinion..!!!

I think it's good she does this, Elvis would want to if he was alive, i bet if he were they would be doing all sorts of duets together. I bet he is proud of her.
I like this idea very much..

Again..I have my own view and opinions on things !!!!!(y)
