No!!!!

Well now you can, because some bright spark in the EPE marketing office has come up with this treasure!
Yes you can own a light bulb because EPE are now selling what is claimed to be an authentic blue Christmas
light bulb from the driveway at Graceland.

Here is the sales patter:
During his lifetime, Elvis would decorate the winding Graceland driveway with hundreds of blue lights. The
staff at Graceland continues Elvis's tradition each year by lining the driveway with hundreds of blue lights.
Own a little piece of Christmas at Graceland by purchasing a blue light bulb that at one time, lit the driveway
at Graceland during the holidays. Each light comes packaged in a small blue box and a letter of authenticity
from Graceland.

This bulb will cost you just $39.99 (plus postage)

I can't imagine why anyone would buy that. Just hit the walmart and buy a package of them for $ 1.50 .

Elvis won't have touched those either but you could say he did.

Im sure Elvis never touched the ones from Graceland either. You could say Elvis' handyman touched it.

How far will they go to make those $$$$$$$ ? I'm sure blades of grass, leaves and twigs from trees, rocks have already been collected by some fans.

Just have them put out the complete tapes of TWII and On Tour and I'll be happy. Can't have enough of CD's and DVD's that's for sure.:D

Good try EPE but no, thanks. Things like that are what makes "Elvis the clown" image grow bigger (n) for non Elvis fans. At least do they work?

The thing to remember is that they are not vintage bulbs from when Elvis was there. If they were I could see the sentimental value.Youre probably getting bulbs from the last couple of years.

I just managed to complete my "vinyl" set of albums from Elvis before his death.

The last two were Roustabout and Girl Happy.

Now if I could get my stereo to work again...

Simple answer - NO :lmfao:

Being an Elvis collector is not any easy job, with all the releases we get from the FTD label and the imports, its overwhelming

This is about as bad as when you yoused to be able to buy little vials of Elvis' sweat on Ebay. Or his hair from when he went into the Army. I'd much rather buy DVD and CDs, or even the collectible plates.

I'm collecting Elvis books & CD's. I have quite a few CD's now, the last one I added was the Madison Square Garden Concert. I discover songs that I've never heard before (after all there are a lot of them), then go in search of the CD that contains it, & then I listen to it about 100 times! LOL I don't collect dolls, posters, stuff, I do have ornaments & mugs that were given to me as presents though.

All I need... well, I don't know if I really need that much memorabilia or meeting persons that were close to Elvis. But I do know I really like to. There are many things I'd wish to get... :hmm:
So, the answer is no, I don't have all I want, but guess that as a big fan, can't really get enough of Elvis... :)

I have one of those new "old fashioned" looking type of record player that plays the vinyls, cassettes and CDs but don't care much for the quality of sound so am looking for a turntable etc. to set up a good music system.

There are also a few CDs I'm looking for that are either very illusive or much too expensive but I keep trying.:) Then I will figure my collection is complete to my satisfaction anyway.

Books. I am on a quest to find some of the books that are now out of print. I have several used books sites that I like and have found really good deals.

Books are always great to buy, especially photo books when dealing with the concert years..stuff like On Tour 1975, and Born To Rock. Both of which i'm waiting on in the mail.
