Does anyone have any informatino on wher i can watch the commercial Elvis made for southern maid doughnuts? (It could be southern made, i don't remember). It was made in 1954 and was only shown in the tennessee area.

I was under the impression that this was a radio commercial, not a television commercial. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. Either way, I would love to see/hear this commercial that Elvis did!!!

It was a radio commercial.To this day no audio has surfaced.

Yeah, it was for radio, not TV, radio was the main thing back then.

"Elvis did the only commercial of his life for any product on November 6th, 1954 for Southern Maid Donuts. He sang the jingle. "You can get them piping hot after 4 P.M., you can get them piping hot, Southern Maid Donuts hits the spot, you can get them piping hot after 4 P.M." Elvis frequented the Shreveport store for donuts on his visits to the Louisiana Hayride"
