The people at the Visitors and Convention Centre in Tupelo are really working hard to improve Elvis tourism to the City.
We had lunch with Linda Butler Johnson and a number of her staff in Tupelo 2003.

We spent a full week in Tupelo meeting a number of very interesting people and getting aquainted with the geography. Elvis grew up in a beautiful green environment. The richness of the wildlife including hummingbirds and armadillos was quite surprising.
