Terry, get the Jerry Scheff cd with the tcb band and Terry Mike Jeffrey as a lead vocal and you will heard the song..it is pretty good!

It's a mystery to me why an artist like Elvis didn't want to record anymore during the second half of the 70s. Why didn't he build a studio in his own house and spent some time there? Or why didn't he record a few tracks during the many weeks he had off between tours?

He wasn't forced anymore to record particular songs and the wasn't the same pressure to record hits as during the 50's, 60's and early 70s.

So why did he try to find excuses not to record even during the sessions in his house? One day he came way too late, and one day he didn't even show up.

So, so sad....... what else was for him to enjoy?

True Albert but E did suffer from depression towards the end, he had no drive and seemingly very little interest in contemporary music as well. He was a victime of his own success

Elvis wasn't so interested in being hip. He could do hipness anytime he wanted to, but there were more essential musical loves in his life. Especially gospel and romantic music were his passions.

Over the course of his life, some things matured a bit. I feel that the King of Rock-status isn't correct. There's so much more to Elvis' legacy (not just or mainly Rock).
