View Full Version : Elvis California homes question

I have a couple of questions regarding the homes Elvis , lived, stayed in , while in California. There were several some owned some rented. There was a great website that listed them all that I found yesterday and printed the info out for my personal file, but I was real tired and I forgot to note the website so I could go back later .

Supposedly Dick Clark at one time claimed they used one of the Bel-Air homes as Graceland in that Kurt Russell movie / mini "Elvis" . I'm wondering if anyone knows is that true, was the house used in the film a one Elvis lived in when in California?

Second, do any photos exsist of those houses , does anyone have any they could post? Like the ones that are around of Audubon, and Graceland, Tueplo and even the house in Germany? I've looked on here and didn't see this already covered or posted but this is such a great site for Elvis resources that I thought maybe it was worth a shot to ask.

Thanks in advance for whatever anybody knows and volenteers , regarding this topic.

Thanks Tommy . I did look through them, and tried a search but I didn't see any. I just can't seem to get the hang of the search feature though so maybe I'm not putting the right thing in. Lots of really nice Graceland shots there, and some outstanding ones of the funeral day driving down the drive and EP Blvd.

Thanks alot. Looks like between you and Tommy I hit the jackpot with this question.

Fantastic looking photos . I like Graceland a lot but It would have been hard to leave behind some of the California estates and go back to the smaller Graceland but we all have our ideal of home and Graceland was more sentimental for him.
