Aren't her two only big roles the one in Dallas and The Naked Gun?
I don't see her as an actress... I think that without her last name she wouldn't even have played in a single movie.

she only took the dallas and naked gun so that she could say she had done something in her life when in reality she only got the role s because of elvis
Well, you think whatever you want of her talent as an actress, - I don?t think she is that great either, - but she has appeared in lots of other things apart from Dallas and Naked gun films as well: Spin City, Melrose Place, Tales from the crypt, Breakfast with Einstein, Lover forever (with Michael Landon), Ford Fairline etc.

The sad fact is that for almost thirty years Priscilla has made herself out to be "The Widow Of The King Of Rock And Roll"....when she most definitely is not his widow because she wasn't married to him at the time of his death. She changed Graceland from how Elvis had it when he lived there to how it was when she was there (that is one thing I detest about her--in my opinion she had no right to do that).
In short, she's made herself out to be something she's not. (n) :cursing:
I have no problem whatsoever with Lisa Marie....only Priscilla. I actually think Lisa is very sexy....*voice trails off before I get myself in trouble*....*hee hee*

Thank you. You said it to perfection. Priscilla makes herself something she isn't - a widow. And she talks about herself, it's all me me me me. Don't get me wrong, she is beautiful and she is the only women who made Elvis say' I do' but hey he didn't even want to marry her. He belonged to the women of the world not just one though Priscilla makes herself seem that she was the on for Elvis.
Great answer thanks :king:

There's already a Tegan Presley in porn (or so I've heard!) so she'd have had to change her last name ...
But I have to say I did enjoy her in the first Naked Gun flick, that was pretty funny. But they didn't need any sequels.
PS: I've often wondered whether she thinks O.J.Simpson is guilty or not, having worked with the murderer ... sorry ... I mean GUY! :P

Who of you have ever been to Graceland??
If Priscilla didn't open it you would never had a change to go over there!
She keept Elvis spirit alive
Ofcourse she is not his widow but his ex-wife, but she did a great job!
Elvis would have been proud of her and Lisa. She never said herself that she was his widow,
I think the media make's her looking bad, she never intended to harm any one, especially not Elvis and his legacy!
And do you really think that a guy like Elvis would marry some one because he has to??
Elvis was very aware of what he was doing when he married her! And gave her a child! His only child!

It is really sad that someone who committed adultery, broke his heart, shattered his exsistance right up until 16th August 1977 still have the prevlidge 30 years later to walk with the Presley name and still cash in $$$$$$$$$
Priscilla is not worthy of the Presley name, she is a disgrace and an embarrassment, shame on her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anthing she has done for his legacy was mainly to ensure a profitable future for herself...
He belonged to the women of the world not just one though Priscilla makes herself seem that she was the on for Elvis
The above statement is an indication of the jealousy that skews so many people's perception of Priscilla. There is no way she can get a fair deal.It just shows how so many fans have that posessive attitude towards Elvis. This is why his getting married was a touchy subject back then.Fears it would alienate some fans which it did.Elvis could have married Mother Thereasa and many fans would despise her also.

The city-county of Memphis wanted to buy Graceland and make it a museum long before Priscilla made it, so it would be open anyway. Most people forget that "little" detail.

I agree with Tony Trout to a certain extent (the fact Cilla had changed most of Graceland to how it was when she remained his wife, and that she was NOT his wife when he passed away).
However, Elvis was at his best (happy) during the early years of his marriage. Hence, Graceland's rearrangement by Cilla can be seen as the reminicence of that era - the way it had been when they were happy together - with Lisa Marie. It is here where I also agree with people like Jak, who has logically pointed out that the possessiveness (demands by people he felt grateful towards) took him away from us.
Honestly, there would be countless allegations of illegimite children from women all over the world, but no Lisa Marie without Priscilla. I have only respect for Cilla for accepting the fact that her man was committing open adultery, if you like - yet she kept silent and punished herself as far as she could. That impetus alone was sufficient for Cilla to get back and make him understand what he (Elvis) was doing to her. Obviously, it had a toll on him more than Cilla may have predicted.
There was no way Elvis would have married Ann-Margret, Linda Thompson, or Ginger (it got as far as engagement - and that's how far it could have gotten with her - the Memphis Mafia admit to this).

I agree totally. Priscilla can't act her way out of a paper bag. It made me cringe to see her attempt to act on Dallas (Jenna Wade) Coincidence.. Elvis' name in "Charro" was Jess Wade. Back to topic.. Priscilla did one good acting job though..acting like she's his wife since they divorced in the early 70's.

Like her or not, Priscilla was his only wife and the mother of his only child. He loved her enough to marry her and start a family with her. He wasn`t "forced" to marry her. Come on, do you honestly believe that Elvis would let anyone dictate how he should live his private life?? He loved her til the day he died. No one can change the past. Priscilla didn`t kill Elvis. Her leaving him did not kill him. The bottom line is, no one can be blamed for his downfall but Elvis himself.
If Elvis had married someone else, it wouldn`t make a difference. People would still find something about the woman to pick apart.

I'm not a Cilla fan, but I have eased up on a lot of things the older I get. I've tried to compare my simple life like this. How many of you would be happy if your husband/wife went out partying every night after work with their buddies? They come home at 1 or 2 in the morning, kids are bed and dinner is still waiting for him? Would you be happy in that situation?
Take it to another level...how many of you would be happy with your husband/wife going to Las Vegas or Palm Springs for days on end and you not being invited. You're left at home with the kids to wonder what they're doing and why he doesn't want you there? Would you be happy? I tend to think that famous or not famous you wouldn't like that lifestyle either.

Ok, this poor Cilla thing is about to make me yak! She knew what she was getting into!!!!!!!!! It's never a good thing to marry thinking you can change someone!!!! She got what she wanted but it was never enough.
She always wanted more, more more. She got it. Now I'm supposed to have pity for her. I don't think so. Do you know how many women marry rich, powerful men purposely and just deal with it. These men believe it or not love their wives and families. I know it sounds wacky but it's true. I got to know several like this. It is widely accepted that the husbands fool around. Widely accepted that because of business they aren't home a lot. Some women are willing to make the trade off for a certain lifestyle. And boo hoo- marriage is not a peice of cake anyway. Lots of marriages survive ruff times. If it isn't other women it's gambling and so on. She found out she couldn't change him and then had an affair, she did it first. Lisa was only 4 months old. Wow that's really giving it a shot. The minute she did that the marriage was over. She killed it and I get tired of Elvis getting the blame. He should have never married her either. But you see, at least he married her for what she was right then and there, not what she was going to change into. So he was the one who was duped. Not the other way around. She knew what she was getting.

Like I said I've never been a big fan of Priscilla's but 30 years later...sometimes you have to look at all the cold hard facts. Frankly, I think Elvis would be amazed at what she had to start with ($$) and where it's at today!! His response would simply be "my boy my boy".

Sometimes we're forced to look at things without the emotional side taking over . Maybe, it does take the passing of years and facing things we don't want to see when we're younger .
I think you're right as to what Elvis would say.
He'd be amazed at what she's accomplished in his legacy to his daughter . He wanted Lisa to have everything.
No one else has a right to any part of it.
Sometimes, we just need to be thankful for what we have . :)

He did not want her profiting from his name so there is no way in my opinion that he would be amazed at what shes accomplished. As for what shes accomplished regarding Lisa I dont think he would be very proud of that either.

Actually, we don't know what the divorce said.
It's never been seen. I'm trying to get a copy now.

Pris doesn't tread the boards...she hardly visits her own...
I agree Ad, and also w/whomever said that she would be nothing w/o Elvis. Nobody would know who she was....she LOVES the limelight, that is why she chose the paths she did.
And she does not love the fans, never has, never will.

The truth is :
None of them would be anything if not for Elvis.
That includes Vernon and Lisa or anyone else that claimed to know or be related to him.
Priscilla has done her job as far as keeping Elvis' legacy for Lisa.
I could care less whether she likes the fans or not.
Some fans are not very likeable .

Elvis legacy would be around with or without Pris...he did that on his own w/his sweat, blood and tears and his incredible talent.
No they aren't but then again without the fans she would have nothing....and those fans are there because of her ex-husband not in anything she's done. A chimp could make Elvis empire work, Elvis sells himself, she just knew who to hire and listen to....no great brains behind that.

One big thing: she went out and found the ones to make it pay for itself so they could keep Graceland. Vernon nor Elvis ever did.
So, yes-- I give her credit for that . If not; there would be no need for any fans to argue about it. ;)
It was not left to any fans; just Lisa.
And it still doesn't belong to any fans.

I've never said that Graceland belonged to the fans, none of my posts state that, matter of fact I've stated that visiting Graceland is a privilage not a given.
As for Vernon and Elvis, Elvis did think about opening the raquetball building to the fans...and during his lifetime he had no reason to try to make money off his home, the place where he lived and sought refuge, so to me that point is mute. As for Vernon, who knows what he would have done...he didn't live long enough for us to find out...he could have ended up opening it and perhaps even charging fans to view the grave...again a mute point.
We obviously have different opinions regarding Pris as do many juding from the posts...so you have yours I have mine, neither will change (nor do I want to) the other's opinion. Please refrain from addressing me and my views specifically, thanks.:)

Most get along with Priscilla . I see no reason to keep "putting her down."
It's only on some MB that some really "go after" her.
It's kind of silly considering--- and childish.
I've said I wasn't too happy because of some things I know about her .
But, it appears she grew up . Too bad everyone else can't.
Especially now that she has very little say about what happens there .
She's just a paid employee now.
It's all there in black and white what she accomplished.
It is my opinion that it is because of her the fans have Graceland.

Elvis Presley's legacy is his music. As long as we recognize that ; we're fine.
To give him credit for something that occured after his death; I don't think he'd want the credit; but would happily give credit where credit is due..
