Can someone please steer me to a dvd that covers, as completely as possible, Elvis' 50's appearances in full, full performances, not clips. I can't seem to find any with all of them, or even close for that matter, even though I've heard there are a few out there.

As a side note.. I am wondering if anyone has ever taken up the task of putting Elvis' movie music videos on a disc and if it is available anywhere. I'm thinking of taking that one on myself if I can't find one.

Many thanks.......:D

I have a DVD called Elvis Presley: The Early Years and it has the majority of all of Elvis' TV appearences... although unfortunately not all. I got it for only ?5 at my local HMV which is rather pleased about!

These are the songs...

Introduction
The story
The TV shows
Flip, Flop and Fry
Baby Let's Play House
Tutti Frutti
Money Honey
Heartbreak Hotel
Blue Suede Shoes
Hound Dog
I Want You, I Need You, I Love You
Hound Dog
A Sketch
Don't Be Cruel
Love Me Tender
Ready Teddy
Hound Dog
More story
Don't Be Cruel
Love Me Tender
Love Me
Hound Dog
Too Much
When my Blue Moon Turns to Gold Again
Peace in the Valley
The German interview and more
Elvis in Hollywood
The last days
End credits

It's rather cheaply made but I find it really worth getting because it simply has so much (although there are some rather cheesy chapters on his life) but I can imagine it might be quite hard to find.

I have it too; I've found it in a market here in Itlay and I payed it almost the same price. The quality is not so good but I like it all the same...there are a lot of performances I had never had before in a DVD or VHS but I don't know if they're all...:hmm:
