Hi All,

New to the site, but not to Elvis. Been a fan since the mid to late '60's when his movies first started hitting TV. Got my first single in 1969 (In The Ghetto), first 8 track in 1972 (can't remember which one) and first album in 1975 (Live in Memphis). Had a chance to see him in Omaha in 1977, but my brother gave the tickets to friends of my parents - hey, they were his tickets and I was only 14 at the time. Anyway, look forward to some intelligent conversation about the King.

Hey! Welcome to the site! I'm pretty new, or atleast I feel I am. I know you'll love it here. There are some very intelligent and knowledgable people here as well as alot of fun Elvis fans. Elvis was playing in our house when I came home from the hospital and I've been a fan all my life. My Mom had some great records and we got to see him in 75 and 76 in Memphis. I've just become an avid fan, again, in the last year and can't believe all the stuff for fans out there. Have fun!

This is one of the best site I know: I love the big Elvis gallery and there are a lot of nice people...different ages, countries but with the same big passion. :lol:
