Elvis and Priscilla were married on May 1, 1967, at the Alladin Hotel in Las Vegas. Elvis? Best Men were Joe Esposito and Marty Lacker. Priscillas Maid of Honor was her younger sister Michelle Beaulieu. The ceremony was performed by Judge David Zenoff, Nevada supreme court justice. The bride and groom had a breakfast reception where they met the press. After honeymooning i Palm Springs for a couple of days, they returned to Memphis. They had a second reception for relatives, friends and staff who had not been able to attend the first in Vegas. The couple did wear the wedding clothes again.

I agree with you.From what we have read and heard we can say that,but also we have to admit that they had a little girl and probably this little girl was the best thing that ever happend to Elvis.He adored Lisa.And sure he did'nt have to marry her to have a child,but only God knows why things happend the way they do.Maybe is desteny.Think......of all the girls Elvis met here in the states,he goes to Germany,meets Precilla(An American)and he married her.Why not a German girl?Why not one from the south like him?Alot of people say he should have married a southern girl.But he did'nt.But he marry Precilla.(unfurtunable)God knows what and how this happend.One thing,he sure does look happy in those wedding pictures.:hmm:
