the forum looks much better but im just getting use to everything,but i like the new layout and design it looks super.it is a shame we have lost the emotions and the fact we could have coloured fonts but who cares its much better,well done albert,aron.

Hi there folks :D

Glad most of you already like the new forum. Some things:
* You can use various colours for your fonts
* you can add an image as a link (use this http://www.tcb-world.com/images/editor/insertimage.gif button)
* You can upload (multiple) images to a post (use the 'manage attachments' button under the 'submit reply' button)
* the old emoticons will be back. I'm currently not behind my workingcomputer, but I will install the old ones (like those more than these)
* You will become member of the TCB Maffia with 500 posts

There are so many feature. You can rate threads, you can compliment people on their posts (there's a counter for that), there's also a version of this board with no images (so loads extremely fast when you're on a slow connection). Just test and try with these features. You'll love it ;)

Your right, in Dutch it is, I looked it up in my English dictionary and it is spelled Mafia or the Mob. So it has a Dutch sound to it, which is fine by me!!!

I can only agree with all the previous posts in this thread. I love the new MB, at first it felt really, really strange to come to it. But I'm getting used to it. One of the greatest new things is that you can attach several images to one post, it will come in handy. Great work Albert, we appreciate it!!

Just one thing Albert: How come I can't have my old avatar back (it says it's too big: 110x145) when I see others having avatars larger than 120 pixels. It's unfair!!! :sad: :'( :lol:

when i try to upload an avatar it says "That image is too large. The maximum dimensions are 120 by 120 pixels."

Yeah, the whole avatar thing isn't working as it should be (yet). The idea was that people should be allowed to use an image from whatever size, and that this picture would be resized to 120 pixels (length or width) automaticly.

I will set the maximum to 130x160 (widthxlength)? Is that large enough, or is that too large? I'm working on a 1280x1028 (17") flatscreen, so I'm not an average user.

130x160 sounds like a good size. (h)
Only problem being...i have designed a fair few at 150x150.... :blink: .....the maximum size on the old forum. :hmm: Oh well, i will have to hope the re-size works :P

Yes guys, congrats on a great job!

The index page mainly shows pics of the glasses-wearing-70s-Elvis (with the exception of the Habit picture). I assume most of the mods are fans of this era in the Presley-career, but I personally prefer other era's over the 70's. And I must say I kinda miss an index pic or two from the 50s or the early 60s.

One point of criticism: I find the HUGE pics that are shown just above the undersigment very irritating, especially when someone is posting several times on the same page.
