Spring Fever

Why didn't FTD include the "Spring Fever" duet between Elvis & Shelley Fabares on their reisue of the Girl Happy CD? The duets Elvis did with Ann Margaret for Viva Las Vegas have been issued on various releases over the years, so I'm curious as to why this one wasn't. Fabares was a pretty fair singer, scoring a hit single, "Johnny Angel", in 1962.

Is this duet available anywhere else?
