What do you think Elvis did during the long instrumental part during this song (vegas 69) -Did he go backstage and wait there before ending the song or did he go through the audiance or did he simply stayed on stage???:hmm::hmm:

I think he did not a pittstop. You know that International Hotel that he played that year is so big, you could easy get lost in the halls. I think that it was to far away for him to go there under the show. He could do so much, he could give fans a handshake or a kiss. He could go backstage ask how long he had been on, so he could end the concert, or he freshed hisself up..I don't know that he did.

I think he just walked around the audience (remeber Love Me Tender TTWIT?) At some point I used to think that he just stay on the stool playing rhytm electric guitar... thats a possible to, he played more electric guitar on that season than on any other one, still very on the groove of the 68 comback tv show.

He left the stage as if the concert was over, returning to finish the song and then ended with the real intended finish" Can't Help Falling In Love"At least thats my understanding of what happened.
