That was a strong contender for me, EAP.
In fact, a whole lot of the selections here were considerations of mine.
Ron, I am all about From Sunset Blvd to Paradise Road. :notworthy I only didn't name it because I haven't played that in a while and I couldn't remember which version on there was the best. Fabian, every one of your picks if I didn't pick myself, I was considering.
A lot of similar tastes around here, I'd say!

GREAT QUESTION EAP1977!!! (y)
Let me take a crack at these... :hmm:
#1 - This one HAS to be the version from Hampton Roads '72, featured in ELVIS ON TOUR!!! That version just flat out rocks!! (However if I am in an Elvis 1977 mood, I really dig the version from SPRING TOURS '77!!)
#2 - This one is a toss up for me between the version on the FTD CD BIG BOSS MAN and the studio version...I'll have to give this one more thought... :hmm:
#3 - The version from the MOODY BLUE album!
#4 - The version from THIS IS ELVIS!! (Hampton Roads '72)
#5 - The version from the 1977 ELVIS IN CONCERT album!!
#6 - I've also got to go with the version from the GREAT PERFORMANCES video/CD. ;)
#7 - I LOVE the version from the 1977 ELVIS IN CONCERT album!!
Thanks again for a GREAT question!! (y)
TCB!

#1 Polk Salad Annie-elvis at full blast -the full speed version with both a very long bass solo and then a great wah wah guitar solo, and the long (la woman like)intro
#2 My Boy-dixieland rocks-? think theirs are great atmosphere in this rec,and elvis voice is just sounding so full and rich
#3 If You Love Me-silver box(my first alternate version of this song back in the 80?s and now 56372826 trillion versions later ,I still like this one very much, all throug elvis plays around some
#4 American Trilogy-alternate aloha :king:
#5 Hurt-softly as I leave you /for a better sounding rec-running for president ,a great slow version
#6 Unchained Melody-may 29 ?77. baltimore-this is the blues:'( /for a better sounding rec -rapid city
#7 How Great Thou Art?-just pretend:notworthy
