I?ve just found an mp3 converter to insert music in the site.(y)

Thanks for the idea anyway. No problem if you prefer the first version. All opinions are always welcome.

I hope you don't mind me joining in Jeanno
but I like the first one you did better.

Although this one is good as well.

I would love to see a cover done like this on one
of the official cd's.

It's very eye catching(y)

Hey, Jeanno...

I'm liking - no, loving - the new layout and text/colour scheme!!!!

The only problem I personally have (and others may think totally differently) is with those blue triangles. I know you've probably used random triangle shapes to "shake" things up a bit... but I think it would be best if you tamed those sons of *****es and had them wrap more discretely around the captions themselves. Also, if you're sticking with triangles, I think you should try and make them all the same size/shape relative to each piece of text.

Anything else is nitpicking. Alright... might as well get it off my chest. IF you have time - and only IF - you may want to try and tone down/eliminate that slight line that's still present on Elvis' left trouser leg. Also adding a small shadow under his raised foot would complete the illusion he's "there".

All in all, fantastic work!!!!!!

Enjoy very much your projects and designs you come up with Jeanno, and this one is no exception. It is coming together very nicely, although I also like the layout you have on your website at the moment.

My 2 cents on the background music element..............yes, it can really be a nice addition to a cool website to have a little background mood music.....................however, if you go down that route I'd deffinately recommend making the music an optional feature which the visitor clicks to select.

Many people surf the net while already playing their own music via mp3 etc, and it can be really frustrating when websites suddenly force some music on the visitor and maybe disrupt the tunes they were enjoying.

In any event, you should always give the visitor an option to turn the music off from your website, (and especially a loop can get very tiresome if the visitor is on a website for a long time)

Personally I think giving them the option to start the music in the first place (as well as turn it off) is the most user friendly and considerate method. I guess the most stylish way to accomplish this is by using Flash.

Maybe a Google search could provide tutorials if you need them.

Jeanno, I like your design very much. Something totally different from all those flashy sites screaming at you. Your design is very peaceful except for the triangles. I would like to make a couple of suggestions if you don't mind? Try to use the colours you have in the picture, that way you'll get a certain amount of balans. The picture of Elvis is beautiful, I always love this one but....it's not a 1973 picture. Maybe you can try and find one just to get the details right. If it's not possible this one will do but you have to add some shadow at his feet going to the right just a as Cryogenic already said. (y) (y) (y)

Cryogenic / Spinout / Leroy

Thanks to you all for your help. It is so great to receive help from people that know so much about design - specially Spinout : you do some of the greatest designs here! - and I hope that this will improve the final result. As Cryogenic said, it?s only a problem of time : i need to find it somehow... :wallbash:
