... which indicates it could have been an accident or a software glitch. Either way, I doubt this was intentional.

Hi Curtis,

No need to upset. If you did not get any pm, from Albert or any of the mods from this section of the broad, my guess would be, it was some type of glitch.

Greetings, Curtis,

(Sometimes your grammar & spelling improves, ...... doesn't it ... ;) ) .......

At any rate, ...

I see no reason for such a thread to be deleted, nor can I find where any such deletion was carried out. If a thread you posted is now gone, ...... I take your word for it & will look into it.

As a rule, we don't just go around deleting threads without notifying ........ unless it is something that has been discussed before or some poster has already been warned about beforehand.

Will bring it up with the other powers that be, & get back to you if something turns up.

Curtis, my man, I am the guilty party!

Please see the If Still Alive... thread. I thought your thread was on topic with that one and I merged it, but something came up and I forgot to PM you, as you know I usually do.

So put the blame--put the blame on me.

As the Captain and New Jam have said, we are not in the business of just deleting posts here, and as I also hope you know, we value your contributions.

I apologize.

Curtis, no need to apologize. If I thought a thread I started had been deleted without notice and good cause, I would want that person placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds--pretty standard, really.
