I've finished the "Sold Out In Bloomington" cover. It's for an audience recording. Unfortunatley the sound quality is rather bad, but the show is great and I had some good pictures from the show, so I decided to make a cover for it. I hope you like it. Please let me know what you think about it.

Seems a shame to have such a fine cover for such a poor sounding cd (though I have never heard it myself). Good work on this cover. You have improved this release with your cover. ;)

An outstanding cover design Gerrit. I have never seen that many photos of this suit, so this is one thing that I'm happy to see. I also agree with Unchained, the inlay is fantastic....all the way around a fine job...keep them coming

I'm also glad that I'm designing again. I missed it. I hope the next cover will follow soon. ;)

Well, I like it and the covers are certainly by far better than the sound. (y)
But watch your typography, Gerrit.
Just have a closer look between the L and the V all occurrences of the word ELVIS. These two letters have to be ajusted to each other manually to avoid a void (nice pun, isn't it?).
And I think we also talked about this issue in the Berlin board: I like the way you combine graphic elements with pictures, but here it conveys a sense of technical deadness.
This metallic gradient is too lifeless and it casts a leaden hue over the complete design, which is a pity.
I think, you can improve this design. The great pix would be well worth it (and a little more sharpness would do them good).
But anyway: keep on going, you are really gifted.

I'll try to improve those things on the next cover. (y)
