Folks,
I just read a post on elvisnews that the track list for Aloha posted on elvis.com is missing a couple of tracks ( Johnny B is in though)....can anyone confirm this ? I have been asking this question for the last 2 weeks ...even to epe in reply to their post on the fecc but I cannot get into both the sites for the past few days. I know fecc is down though.
Is this why epe is coy about not listing the tracks ?!
Anyone ? :please:

Aw, :censored:! Say it isn't so! That just wouldn't make sense, since EPE said some time ago that JBG was the last song whose publishing dispute was yet to be resolved. But who knows...Man, I hope whoever claimed that is wrong!
FECC's down again, huh?

I just got into epe but there is no track listing ...guess it has to be a rumour ?! I dont think they would do that ! or would'nt they?!
I just rechecked that mail one guy mentions "Fever" and "Suspicious Minds" as NOT listed, but from elvis.com amd amazon and others I still cannot see the track lists......
maybe we have to get a "complete updated version" for Christmas ! :whistling:

as far as i am aware rca have settled any disputes over song rights therefore all tracks should be their, however dont hold me to that as you can never be to sure with rca, something always seems to go wrong.if its not disputes over song rights its bloody the release dates changing every 5 minutes  :censored:
All tracks will be there.

Yes? (y)
Is that your wish, or has that officially been confirmed?
I would really 'hate' it when songs would be missing. I mean, the greed of composers/songwriters is unbelievable. They've been earning money for ages for songs, but don't need to do anything for it. Recordcompanies at least 'do their best' to release the music, promote it and take financial risks doing so. A writer only had to work while writing the track.

Unless something changes/has changed, Sam is correct!
All the news I have seen thus far indicates that all music publishing disputes with ALOHA FROM HAWAII and THE '68 COMEBACK have been settled, and the previously deleted songs will be included in the deluxe editions!
Speaking of these DVD's...just pre-ordered mine at Amazon.com!!!
THE COUNTDOWN IS ON...

EPE promised way back that when "everything is tied in and cannot be changed..." they will announce the tracks. Having stated that the printing is complete and cannot be changed , why is it that they are playing coy over the track listing ?
c'mon already. I am waiting to pop my corn ... and will do it only after I see the track listing.
