Aloha DVD audio ?

What with the new LEGACY now on the way it had me wondering just how good the DVD deluxe audio could be so heres two samps i have done both remastered from the DVD SET, i think the result could be impressive especialy done by Vic .......

Please let me know ur opinions ..

yes I did the same thing, I ripped the Aloha concert from the deluxe edition, then extracted the Stereo mix down from the file.
It sounds very good, as do yours. I wonder just how much better the legacy edition will be? Potentially it could sound as good as "Prince From Another Planet" I do hope so. I guess it will depend on who does the mix and what they are told to aim for.

I agree, the DVD audio was remastered especially for the set, i dont believe it was remixed, so we could be in for a treat, i hope ?

Its a shame they are only remixin the rehearsal show, as the main show has always been pointed as a weak mix.

Yes the special edition DVD delivered such a great sound, it was so refreshing for the show, something that's totally miles away from the original L.P. mix which indeed sounds dull.
