Elvis starts a fifteen show tour. He opens in Minneapolis at the Metropolitan Sports Center.

After flying out of Oklahoma City, Elvis discovered his jewelry case had been left behind in the hotel's safe. He had the plane return to Oklahoma City, where a Police Officer was waiting at the runway with the case. Elvis arrived a little late for his performance in Denver at the Coliseum. After the show, Elvis hosted a wild "end of Tour" party at the Playboy Hotel.

Early in the morning, Elvis flies back to Los Angeles.

Elvis is introduced to Ginger Alden at a party at Graceland.

Elvis and Ginger fly out of Memphis and go to Las Vegas for their first date.

After sleeping most of the day at the Hilton Hotel in Las Vegas, Elvis and Ginger fly back to Memphis in the evening.

Elvis and Ginger are spotted riding motor cycles around Memphis.

In the early morning hours around 3:07 a.m Memphis Police were called by a Graceland Securty guard who reported a disturbance at the front gate. Singer, Jerry Lee Lewis was at the gate intoxicated demanding to see Elvis. He was arrested for being intoxicated and for carrying a concealed weapon,a .38 caliber derringer. Elvis was unware of the incident.

November 24, 1976

Elvis starts his eight tour of 1976 with a show in Reno Nevada at the Centennial Coliseum. Linda Thompson traveled with Elvis on this tour.

Elvis performs in Eugene, Oregon at the Mc Arthur Court.

Elvis performs in Oregon at the Memorial Coliseum in Portland.11,000 fans attend the 8:30 pm show. While in Portland he stayed at the Sheraton Inn.

Elvis performs once again in Eugene at the Mc Arthur Court. After the show, he flew to San Francisco and went to the Hilton Towers Hotel.

In the early morning hours while Elvis was sleeping, Linda Thompson leaves Elvis for the final time and flies out of San Francisco. Elvis after reading a letter from Linda, calls Memphis and makes arrangements for Ginger to be flown to San Francisco. Ginger joins him that evening and was present when He performed once again at the Cow Palace. I was one of the lucky fans who attended this concert!

Elvis performed in Anaheim Ca at the Convention Center. 8, 500 fans attended the 8:30 pm show. After the show, Elvis flew to Las Vegas and went directly to the Hilton Hotel.
