Intriguing, when you look at Elvis' arms, it looks like he is holding his arms behind his back..

Very strange unless it's a stunt double :D I do find it a bit odd that no one is giving eye contact to the owner of the hand to signal a release as it's obvious Elvis and company are leaving.

Given the date of this photo, I would think it is safe to assume that they are the same Jacket, I have another photo from this date, I will dig it out...

That same jacket is tucked in between the two ladies heads, it looks like.
