http://www.memphisrecordingservice.comI just heardabout the new cd containing live unreleased 50's recordings from the memphisrecordingservice.com I understand the cd is available for presord for Oct. The cover shot is fantastic! I have not heard many live recordings from Elvis in the 50's but the ones I have heard are charged with energy and enthusiam that is lacking in many of today's performers.

Its the new found track released in Follow That Dream Records recent release "A Boy From Tupelo". Its a 1955 live recording from the Lousiana Hayride. Its pretty cool, 100% rockabilly, something in between "Just Because" and "Baby Let's Play House".
Now about this Memphis Recording Release, as usual the cover art is a winner. About the content, I don't think there would be any new surprises for an old fan, yet is a great concept, totally a collectors item. For new fans on the other hand, this might be a pocketful of surprises. A must have anyhow.
