All these mentioned dvd's (or vhs tapes) can be found on either www.amazon.co.uk, www.amazon.com or www.ebay.co.uk
Hi,
I take it that you videotaped "This Is Elvis" on BBC2 the other night?
Well, the DVD/Videos that I listed are available from www.amazon.co.uk or www.play.com or www. 101cd.com or www. or www.essentialelvis.com
You might find a copy of the colorized version of "Jailhouse Rock" on ebay.com along with the "Lost Performances" video.
If you're going to buy then do a scan of all the websites to check out the best price!
Cheers mate,
NEA.

Yeh I made sure I got it on tape. The last one before that was 2003 on channel4 about his life and career(A night with elvis) I suppose when I saw that I wanted to know more,im not really a fan or anythin, I just admire the guy. Really wanted to record it but I wernt home that night.
I checked that site out.....theres loads aint there.....what do u recommend mate....not so much his performances but him growing up, his quite an interesting character to learn about....kinda like bruce lee and arnie!
Hi there,
If you're interested in Elvis' growing up years then maybe the "Ultimate Collection Volumes 1 & 2" will give you a good insight into his early years - these two volumes appear to cover every aspect of Elvis' life and career.
You will probably get a taste for a number of his performances from these DVDS/Videos so if you branch out you may want to consider "Elvis '56" or "The Great Performances Vol. 3 - From The Waist Up" to cover the 1950's era, the "1968 Comeback TV Special" Deluxe Edition for the 1960's and "Elvis-That's The Way It Is, Special Edition" or "Aloha From Hawaii" Deluxe Edition for the 1970's.
Film-wise, the following may be of interest to you: "Jailhouse Rock", "King Creole", "G.I. Blues", "Flaming Star", "Wild In The Country", "Blue Hawaii", "Viva Las Vegas", "Change Of Habit" - just so that you get a feel for the varied type of roles these scripted movies had to offer for Elvis.
Happy Elvis-hunting!
