Great to hear that the number of ETA contests taking place worldwide is at an all-time high! (y)

One of the best of these preliminary contests is the new Atlantic City ETA Contest presented by Legends In Concert. On 9th June this year, it was won by Jim Barone who is a strong contender to win in Memphis.

With all due respect, I wonder if other posters feel the same?

Perhaps there could be a separate site for ETA's, as I always cringe when I see this.

I miss Elvis, and no-one can replace him, EVER, and to see these ETA's, to me, it is just plain disrespectful.

Time and a place, and this isn't the place!

You need to read what I wrote, I asked other posters their opinion. If I PM, how could other posters, whose opinions matter, express what they think?

If people left here, because of the colour changes, they also probably left because the site turned from Elvis fans interacting, to well, these ETA posts.

This place needs people to take an interest again, and the content should be adjusted to what the majority want. I know, from reading reactions, that people aren't fans of ETA's when they join a site for Elvis.

As I said, "Time and a Place".

You are giving ETA's a bad name, being so aggressive.


All these threads that you are showing, as your example, prove my point.

We need ELVIS PRESLEY CONTENT, nice stories on Elvis, pictures and videos, interaction.

If people join a site for Elvis, that is what they want to see, to talk about, and to discuss.
