You're right Nichole they did shut it down. Not even Howard Stern would shut it down he used to make it a point to apologize but Lisa passed her initiation & not with the suits but with the Elvis fans.

It's about time she starts defending Elvis cause in the past she used to agree and laugh it off and that used to bug me. Well, the rumors behind her leaving Scientology might be true after all and I hope she continues her research in God like her father did.

In the finer days of radio you could hear Bob Hope, Burns and Allen, Crosby, Red Skelton telling funny jokes or doing skits that would not offend anyone nor slight anyone in a serious harmful way-it wasn't polite it and more importantly it wasn't needed they had talent and class.
