This is a part of a fan art for a cartoon TV series I used to watch as a child. It was called Jem and the Holograms. Jem, was kinda my hero, well her and Elvis. I used Elvis as a model for her boyfriend, Rio. He turned out pretty well as this character. If he wanted to, Elvis could've rocked purple hair!

I painted this on the laptop with a digital tablet.
