Hi all,
'Like a Prince from Another Planet'
I believe this is a quote from an article in the New York Times by Chris Chase from June 1972 relating to Elvis at Madison Square Gardens. I am sure most will be familiar with it. I have been searching for the full transcript of this article and seem unable to find it. Is there anyone out there who can point me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance.

Hello there! Well acording to Collin Escott in the liner notes from the An Afternoon in the Garden cd, it is from the New York times, but I've never took the time to confirm it.
Here's a great site with a bunch of original reviews, maybe you can try there and let us know!

Wonderful article Sonny, thanks for posting. Elvis was unique in every way, no one will ever come even close.
What I recall about the MSG shows is that I had heard he was doing the shows in New York-and then one day a couple weeks after the shows a radio ad announced that The MSG live album was now for sale it played a few clips from the album on was the funky Hound Dog, I was amazed at how quickly this album came out. Great period for we fans......
