This looks like another FANTASTIC package from MRS!! (y)

I've been on the fence about picking up these MRS releases, but finally decided to pick up the LOUISIANA HAYRIDE release and it is simply OUTSTANDING!!! A very well assembled package with some great photos and the sound quality...TERRIFIC!!!

Now I guess I'll have to go back and try to find some of the previous MRS releases as well as pick up the new SUCH A NIGHT package!! ;)

I have four MRS releases i think and i love them all but the Hayride one is stunning. I look foward the the MRS releases and I am please in a lot of ways the it is them and not FTD that are doing the Pearl harbour show.

Nothing against FTD as i have soem of there stuff also but I personally prefer the MRS stuff.

I know some people dont like em, but at least they are trying to give the fans what they want ...........

For me the main problem with the FTD cd book sets is the price, I have Live in LA, Rockin Across Texas and i think they are very well done packages but at around $150 for the LA book and a $100 Aussie dollars for the Texas book they are usually out of my price range. If i could afford them I'd get all of the FTD stuff.

I got the MRS Hayride set for around $30 Aussie dollars. And I haven't paid more than $45 for any of MRS's sets.

Seems like an interesting release, if you can afford it.
If I remember this correctly, Elvis was very relaxed and enjoyed the whole thing. Strange he didn't perform live as often, later in the 60's...

Great release. I will certainly be buying a copy.

I also feel that this release should be on sale at the Arizona Memorial Visitors Centre on Oahu, Hawaii and I have e-mailed both the Visitors Centre and MRS with the suggestion. I am sure it would be a perennial seller to the thousands of visitors.

That is a good idea. I'm sure they would if they know about it. They were selling t-shirts for the anniversary of the show, so I would say yes to cd. I bought the shirt too.
