Thank you, Elvisnews for posting this story. Out of the 4 Elvis-themed movies which are currently being developed, "The Identical" has the advantage by virtue of the fact that the role of Elvis will be played by none other than former ETA World Champion Ryan Pelton.

Ryan is a trained actor and a phenomenal performer and he adds a touch of sheer class and authenticity to this project.

I know that no-one else on this forum will bother to thank you for posting this story, Elvisnews; but I would like to again express my gratitude.

Not too sure about the sound of this one, but nice to know there is still interest in Elvis.
Thanks for the link

I dunno, it seems to be geared for a rather narrow audience than even general Elvis fans

I can see looking at his gospel side for a musical documentary, but not as the driving theme for a feature

they are playing too small.

I have an opinion about this but I'd rather keep it to myself.

the one thing that strikes me about the above pic (apart from the obvious).....is if he's going to wear a jumpsuit.....why hasn't he got the longer 'vegas' hair to go with it?

I am just going to say what a lot of people are probably thinking, because, as a lesbian, it's less controversial if I do.

that Ryan picture looks like a gay superhero comic book cover

I have never thought Elvis did - that that Ryan picture just has the right balance of being too precious, not authentic and a little too pretty
