Anyone know how to make Elvis' red lucky belt

I have a bit of a hobby making macrame elvis belts for myself and a few friends and i was wondering if anyone knew how to make the lucky belt....i know some people have made copies obviously B&K the jumpsuit people do from the original plans but i know others have to so is there anyone out there that can tell me how, ive loved this belt for years and would really love to have a version made by me for me.

I'm not a macrame expert, I've only done simple plant hangers, this is but one site that gives details, sometimes, you can decipher the pattern by studying the stitches. Good luck,hope someone can give you better hints.. :)
