Elvis starts a NewYork tour with a press conference in the Mercury Ballroom of the New York Hilton. At 2:30 and 8:30 pm he performed at Madison Square Garden.

Elvis closed a tour with a show in Memphis at 8:30 pm. 12,367 fans attend the show at the Mid-South Coliseum.

Elvis purchases a Delta Air Convair 880 jet and names it the " Lisa Marie".

Elvis arrives in Chicago after midnight. For the next few evenings he stayed at the Hilton Hotel. In the evening he performed at the Roberts Municipal Coliseum in Evansville, Indiana in front of 11,500 fans.

Elvis performs in Milwaukee at the Auditorium Arena. 10,500 fans attended the 8:30 pm show.

Elvis spends the day at Graceland preparing fo his June tour which will start the following day

On this date Elvis would start his fifth tour of the year. He remained at Graceland until 8:00 pm and rushed to the airport and boarded the " Lisa Marie" for the short flight to Springfield. He performed at the Springfields Southwest Missouri State University's Hammons Center at 8:30 pm. 9,000 fans attended the show. He stayed at the Howard Johnson Inn.

Elvis performs in Kansas City, Missouri at the Kemper Arena. After the show, He flew to Lincoln, Nebraska and stayed at the Hilton's Plaza Lincoln Hotel.

Elvis performs in Omaha, Nebraska at the Civic Auditorium Arena at 8:30 p.m. Elvis arrived at Epley Airfield aboard the " Lisa Marie". He remained aboard the plane until the show was at intermission. He was driven to the Arena in 8.5 minutes. After the show, Elvis flew back to Lincoln.

Elvis performs in in Lincoln, Nebraska at the Pershing Municipal Audtorium. RCA and CBS filmed and recorded his 8:30 p.m show that was attended by 7, 500 fans.

Elvis performs in Rapid City at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center. Once again RCA and CBS filmed and recorded his performance. 10,000 fans attended his 8:30 p.m. show. Elvis stayed at the Holiday Inn.

Elvis performs at the Riverfront Coliseum in Cincinnati. 17,140 fans enjoyed his 8:30 p.m. performance. After the show,Elvis and Ginger flew back to Memphis to spend the night.

Elvis and Ginger leave Mephis in the afternoon and arrive in Indianapolis, Indiana about 6:00p.m. They rest at the Stouffers Indianapolis Inn. At 8:30 p.m. Elvis closed his Tour with a performance at the Market Square Arena. This would be Elvis' last live performance.
