My suggestion would be to contact Master Kang Rhee in Memphis. He is the one who gave that belt to him. I do know he was the one who gave Elvis the nickname "Tiger". Red was "Dragon", Sonny was "Eagle" and so on.

I can't see the picture but if you mean the close up one with the Korean and Chinese writings on the left,it is his name, "Elvis Presley" written in Korean..
