These are the fingerprints of Elvis Presley, said to be the only known such collection in the world. The Idea Generation Gallery in London displayed the fingerprints Wednesday ahead of an auction of rock and roll memorabilia today. The prints are on Presley's California state application to carry a concealed weapon, dated Oct. 30, 1970. The application is for a colt .38-caliber revolver and a Beretta automatic pistol.

I guess he dealt with that more before he got the DEA badge. I know in the state of Georgia if you have a law enforcement badge you arent required to have a carrying permit. I think it has always been the same with a federal badge. You would think that somewhere in that massive badge collection of his, he would have had one from the California Highway Patrol.

so, wouldn't there be more for other gun applications?
army prints? prints taken when he got his DEA badge?

Whooa! I'd love to have piece like that in my collection. Is like having an autograph but even more "personal". :D
