It looks to me like just a difference in the box itself dennyelvis. :hmm:

The second image (dual box version) is the one that I have, but looking at the images from the first box (Ltd. Ed. deluxe) the discs and booklet themselves look the same as the ones included in the dual box version. So I am guessing the only difference is in the design of the box itself. ;)
