When I clicked this thread it opened right up. No problem

When I click them a message comes up that says , "You do not have permission to view this".....

Mine doesn't say that but I will say I t doesn't say what 4) or 41 means. Just your 1st post and the rest me you and Tommy. What is 40 & 41? Math that's why I didn't understand. Help!
