COMPLETE ELVIS PRESLEY MASTERS UPDATE

I just saw the article on the Complete Masters Promo. It was on the website that has GOLD in the address. The promo would sell well, just releases it. The website states:

COMPLETE ELVIS PRESLEY MASTERS UPDATE

A beautiful Special Advance Copy of the upcoming Complete Elvis Presley Masters has just been produced by Sony.

It contains all the 30 CD's in a specially designed wrapped package.

Please, see other pictures below.

It looks like the set without the book and outer box, i.e., a scaled down version. This could be the prototype of a less expensive version later on. I suspect advance copies were produced for Ernst, Roger and some of the top executives at Sony, maybe even Lisa Marie. It would be nice if one was sent to Sirius Radio, so that these masters could be used on their broadcasts from Graceland.

Agreed Dennyelvis, although I hope they decide to change the front cover photo...that one has been used so many times before, it would be nice to have a different, less used photo! :hmm:

They've already said that they will be doing another run of this set next year, so I can easily see them re-releasing this set in this format without the book. Definitely would make it more affordable for those that couldn't pick up the first run of the set. (y)
