Graceland is onwed by Lisa and therefore not part of any sale.

Yes, but eventhough EPE is owned by Sillerman, Graceland (the mansion) is still owned by Lisa Marie. This was left out of the deal some years ago (thank God).

Only thing Sillerman owns is Image, and Recording rights. So any image, audio, video you see on TV, etc is own by Sillerman. Everything from Graceland, Planes, personal effects, jumpsuit, clothing, everything in the walls of graceland is still owned by Lisa.

EPE is part of CKX which is up for sale-or at least a takeover bid is being attempted.
Graceland and its land and all Elvis's personal property still belongs to Lisa.
