why?

why everytime i wanna upload some great new pictures
they get declined/deleted
i had some lake tahoe pictures
and they were good
and they get declined just like other pics i had in several weeks

well i been posting some of good quality
but no matter what i upload it getting denied i even tryd a modified picture i did
and it got denied
