Zippin Pippin OK'ed By GB City Council

In May of 2011, you'll be able to enjoy Elvis's favorite ride in Green Bay.
That's after the Green Bay City Council votes 7 to 4 to bring the Zippin' Pippin' to Bay Beach.
Not the whole coaster, just parts of it.
The rest will be built from scratch.
Alderman Jerry Wiezbiskie called it a "no brainer".
The coaster will be paid for by city-issued bonds, donations, and park revenues.

That's how I feel too but I wish the whole amusement park in Memphis could have been preserved as it was when Elvis went there.
