Is it only for fans who were alive when he was alive? Or can others also write how they became a fan of Elvis? I think it would be much more interesting if there are also books about how people who weren´t alive when he was alive became his fans.

It was shocking....it was like hearing Santa Claus died! I was 15, and loved Elvis since, actually, I don't even remember when I started loving him....it was so sad, it truly was heartbreaking.

:'( I recently turned the big 30 and I can tell you like it was yesterday, down to the piece of clothing I had on, it's color and what the climate was.
The smell of the yard, and even my beautiful "Apollo Stardust"(he was in Diamonds are Forever) acted the same as he did when he was a baby kitten.....he ran to the tv set to watch apolllo 11 take off.... hense his name.
This time, he ran to the tv and stared into the news channels, and it was so spooky.
Afterall, this dear pet of mine had spent years of his life lsitening to ELVIS little did I know it mattered to a cat.
Stranger things happen....

:'( Nicole, it is something which makes me cry to this day... like watching that video the other day called "I'm leavin..." Everything" looked so old, even the officers escorting the herse.
The way people were dressed, hairstyles, and here I am watching just a small clip of the real thing I watched, and tears welled up..... you might like to go to Graceland sometime if you haven't, but honey, trust me. You are one of the lucky ones, that were not there.
