In HMV today and they were selling a 'Where's Elvis' book based on the Wally/Waldo character. The scenes were of Elvis films - Speedway, Jailhouse Rock etc.

Not seen this before but might make a stocking filler present for Xmas?

I heard this book was not a good one to buy, but thanks for posting, reviews were not good. One read like this: This book is despicable! It portrays Elvis in a bad light and makes fun of him. Shame on anyone who would even consider purchasing this piece of trash.

Another review: "Where's Elvis? and many others..." is an adult fun book for Elvis sighters and dead celebrity stalkers in general. Huge illustrated two page panels of historic "events" such as "The Day the Music 'Died', Field in Clear Lake, Iowa, February 3, 1959, or Panel 4 On the set of the film 'Paradise Hawaiian Style', August 18, 1965, or even panel 12 New Year's Day Party at Elvis' TOP SECRET LAIR ON THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON, December 31, 2009. Now the secret twist to all these packed panels of miniature celebrity caricatures, is that if you hunt and review the checklists on the last two pages, you will spot many deceased celebrities attending each event. "Where's Elvis? " is a curiosity adult book that will appeal to boomers and others who track the supposedly deceased celebrities of the past five or six decades.

How does one review a picture book based on a popular children's book?!

The reviewer above quoted by Tommy is obviously obsessed with Elvis to the point of hysteria.

I have the book; it was a gift.

It's a picture book, and mildly amusing.

Sheesh ...

None of the pictures portrays him in any negative light whatsoever.
