Found On The Web But It's Certainly A joke nope?

Memphis, TN

An extremely rare tape of Elvis Presley singing with the Beatles is rocking the world of rock music today.
The old tape was discovered by a cleaning crew at Graceland behind a toilet on the estate.

The tape includes three songs made during an all night jam session between the King and the Beatles.

The tape dates from August of 1964 when the Beatles were at their most popular.
The Beatles were touring America at the time and they were all very avid Elvis fans.

The Beatles manager Brian Epstein arranged a meeting at Graceland on a steamy August night.
No photographs were ever taken and it was always assumed no music was ever played.
Neither Elvis nor the Beatles ever spoke about the meeting with anyone.

Every rock fan who listens to the tape will be extremely disappointed. Elvis and the Fab Four didn't sing 'Yesterday' or 'Jailhouse Rock'.
They didn't sing any rock classics at all. The most famous names in rock history decided to sing show-tunes from the musical 'West Side Story' instead.

The incredibly revolting recording features Elvis and John Lennon singing a very gay version of 'Somewhere'.
Another song has Ringo singing 'I Feel Pretty' acapella.
Ringo is singing off-key as usual.
The third recording has the King of Rock and Roll and the lads from Liverpoolsinging 'I Just Met A Girl Named Maria' together.
Those who have heard the tape say it is the worst music ever recorded.

Apparently, Elvis and the Beatles realized how awful they sounded and never told anyone about the terrible recording.
If the tape had been released in 1964 it would have destroyed all their careers.

The rock legends developed an intense dislike for each other and never spoke again.

The tape is owned by the Presley estate and should be in stores just in time for Christmas

If that ain't a joke then I'm Tina Turner..

No music was recorded as far as anyone can tell, but.. nuff has been said about the meeting. Elvis tried to play the bass and they did Hound Dog if I recall this correctly.

"where are the birds man?"

"I guess they're out in the yard or something"..

behind the toilet? I never understood why there weren't any pictures but the jam session seemed to have not been planned. Although we do have all kinds of tapes sitting at home jamming. Some are hard to place the dates. I hope it's true, it would be interesting but I won't hold my breath.

100% in total agreement. No recordings whatsoever were made that night!! Itf they were, they would have surfaced by now.

Sheesh. How people can continue to believe this bull is beyond me.

This Story sounds like a "fish tale" to me. In in the 27 years since Graceland has been open..i'm sure the cleaning crew would,ve found the tape way before now, And the only logical place would be in Elvis' room:doh: Pure fiction I.M.O.

I have an actual recording of Jamie Aaron Kelly re-enacting the Elvis and Beatles August 1965 meeting with a group of Beatle impersonators.

For me that's better than an actual tape of the Elvis/Beatles August 1965 meeting.

The extreme opinions and unlikely scenarios shows its fake.

This is actually supposed to be a joke, so if course it's fake.

Besides, Elvis and the Beatles met in Bel Air in 1965, not Graceland in 1964.

An exhaustive transcript of the entire evening's dialogue was surreptitiously tattooed onto Larry Geller's inner thigh without a single soul noticing, and it has been there ever since.

Witnesses who have been made privy to the content of the 'thigh-etching' have confirmed that we lose some of the Elvis/John/Paul/Ringo repartee when Larry ducks out to share a smoke with George, but Harrison and Geller's hilarious reefer-influenced banter provides excellent entertainment value nevertheless when "reading the leg".

The tattoo has been the subject of folklore and 'received wisdom' among the young females who regularly attend his spoken appearances for many years now.

It is my personal belief that the so-called 'tape' is little more than an audio dramatization based upon the content of Larry's thigh-based script, probably featuring an Elvis impersonator and recruited Liverpudlians, and essentially an elaborate hoax.

If an inquiry into the source of the fraudulent tape gets underway, I'd be inclined to start with Larry when they start asking questions.
