Is this the one which is a dramatization or is it a straight documentary? :hmm:
I noted with interest that Greil Marcus and Victor Bockris are involved, which is encouraging.

Yes this would be a great treasure to own! Thanks for posting this information. I didn't know there was one out of Elvis' visit to President Nixon either.

The meeting was not filmed, only photographed. This was not unusual, as The President has every meeting and every day captured for posterity.

The US Government even documents it on their website:

The President didn't start recording his conversations in the White House until well after this historic meeting with Nixon happened so...no, there is not an audio recording of the event.

The only thing that has always saddened me about this entire escapade is the fact that Elvis was high on something during that entire trip - and the premise of the trip was to get a BNDD badge!!!
