I love seeing pictures of Elvis that can be enhanced, especially when you have to remove some background that might be difficult to remove.
Let me know your thoughts..

You're kidding. I think you started with the right one, then make it overcolored, unsharp and put some distortion and ELvis' autograph on it :D
No, just kidding. You really did an amazing job on it. A tip of my hat to you sir :notworthy
What programs did you use for it?

Ha ha, someone sent the photo to me saying it is an original Shaver photo from 1976 with Elvis' signature and I could buy it for $300.00. I doubt it is original but like the photo so thought I would clean it up.

Great work Matt, I think i have seen this photo for sale on ebay a long time ago, sure its a fake, i belive the original photo was taken by Sean shaver, and this could be from the April 76 Tour.
Lichter/Shaver fake signature if you ask me

Wonderful restoration, Matt. And a fantastic photo to restore, at that (the first).
I am sure Red appreciates the hair thickening, as would I.
