you only have to look at those pictures in the magazine when she first had the twins to know. She looks so different. Especially her lips. Preferred them before.

Yeah, I think you are right. It's her mouth

I'm not so sure about the surgery. Her nose also looks bigger in those photos and she wouldn't have had that done. I think it may be the way she has her head down...they're not good photographs of her at all in any case.

A real shame about the surgery, especially for her mouth that's always been something "Presley" (n)

About Ben in that picture...he really looks like Elvis...something in his expression...just my opinion

Yes, I agree with you Diane............not the best angle of her with her head down and looking upwards

If Lisa has had surgery I hope she doesn't go overboard with it as her mother did. Her mouth does look different and I agree, it was better before.

Ben does look more like Elvis in that picture. It's the best picture I've seen of him so far.

I don't think Lisa or Priscilla have had surgery as they seem to have an aversion to it.

I know for sure that 'Cilla has had a lot of work, too much on her face.. and now I see Lisa Marie looking more like her Father all the time. A lot of this could be a good mkeup Artist, and with the money they have it's not hard to imagine a tummy tuck...while most of us ladies can barely afford the newsest fancy face cream for wrinkles.:lmfao:
That's life, Look at the incredible difference's in Oprah.
Ben is handsome, do you think his hair is naturaly dark? As his Mother and grandfather's were not. As we see in the gentetics coming out in the twins.
I have never understood gentetics though I took it in college as a pre requisite to other things. Brow eyes are dominant, but blode hair is dominant.
Correct me if I am wrong. I am a lot..lol

No, blue is the dominant eye colour, not brown.

Yes, its very clear both have had surgery. I only hope Lisa doesnt go as FAR as her mother. (n)

I've worked a lot with genetics but only on Peafowl when I was breeding them for 20 years. I loved it, it was so much fun determining what species and colour patterns I wanted to get in my chicks and since I'd had great training from one of the first peafowl breeders in the states, I had a lot of luck with it.

As far as humans go, I've always heard that dark was dominant in both hair and eyes but I won't swear to it. Apparently from another professor I met who was into cat genetics, they have the most complicated of all living creatures.

No doubt at all that Priscilla had a lot of surgery over the years....it's been common knowledge for quite some time....and very obvious.

Dont know about hair colour but eyes are most definately the more dominant. That Im 100% sure of.

Usually though, babies are born with dark hair and blue eyes, but it doesnt follow that they will stay like that.

I think it may depend on one's family genetics. My family is predominantly dark haired and dark eyed but we do have a few blonds with blue eyes. Both myself and my husband are dark haired, I'm dark eyed as well, he has dark hazel eyes (brown with green). Our daughter is both dark like me but our son was born blond with light hazel eyes (blue/gray) but his hair turned dark as he grew older. The whole thing is very interesting to me.

Ive always heard the whole blue eyes was more dominant on the whole, but obviously not 100% otherwise no one would have brown eyes. Then I read a book on babies that confirmed it. Our family is a good example. My father has brown eyes and my mum blue. We kids both have blue eyes.:D Probably get told off in a minute:offtopic::lol: -

Every genetic trait is determined by the pairing of (at least) two genes - one from the father and one from the mother.

The dominant gene for eye color is brown.

The recessive gene is blue.

Only one dominant gene in the pair is needed to produce brown eyes.

Two recessive genes must be paired to produce blue eyes.

While this sounds simple enough, current research suggests there may be a third gene or others involved in eye coloring since there are variations of color beyond brown or blue. It is also possible for two blue eyed parents to have a brown eyed baby.

Finley and Harper are really precious!

All I see on Lisa's face is happiness and an amazing love for her children.

The rumors and speculation are disappointing.

(y) Thanks so much, I know I took these classes years and if not centuries ago, but I was fairly sure I was correct about the way inherent coloring takes place. :hmm:

Besides my classes in gentetics I know that Mom hated having two little kids who looked just like their daddy and gramma WhiteCloud. While she has ivory skin, and blue eyes and red hair! She truly blew her cool when someone asked if she was the nanny, and who was the momma.. : ) My skin has faded with time, naturally. But when younger it was always olive, light almost yellowish tan color.

Have to disagree with you there Junebug (& Genie) ....
The once-held view that blue eye color is a simple recessive trait has been shown to be wrong - a quote from the internet.

Can you not see the difference the surgery has made?
Nice to see you back on here again. Where have you been ??(y)

Disappointing? Do you find the words plastic surgery offensive?

Lisa's first pix with the twins looked weird in the mouth. but have no opinion on surgery. If it makes someone feel better then that is their business. I think many more people would have it if they had the money.
some people around here seem overly sensitive about anything they see as remotely negative about Lisa. It's just chatter, big deal.

Oh yes, agree Riley. She naturally looks like Elvis, but can understand her wanting to look like Pris. She was gorgeous in her day.

I dont care whether people have plastic surgery or not. Its their business. Lisa's looks ok - just hope she doesnt go too far like her mum. Its a shame though I think when people change their faces when they are so young (under 40). the majority of people dont need to.

but i guess its up to them.

I can't tell if Lisa's had plastic surgery or not in the middle picture in the very first post in this thread her nose looks fatter and she's wearing too much makeup on the eyes but otherwise she looks the same to me.

I've noticed on her recent trips to London that she hasn't lost all that weight and still looks quite heavy so she could be a candidate for the reality show Celebrity fit Club.

Cilla was indeed gorgeous, but hey so was Elvis so I can't see why she would want to change her looks given by nature and by daddy
