Can anyone help me find where I can buy this book please. I have tried numerous sites but come up with nothing. I know I can not seem to get it in the Uk can I get it imported?

The only place that you would certainly get it in the UK would be The Elvis Shop in London. I usually get my books from there...although he's not always the cheapest around...he has the best selection i have ever seen (y)
