Jason Presley's claiming to be Elvis' son - Supreme Court Case Shotdown: The Supreme Court has struck down a case of Jason Presley, who is claiming to be Elvis Presley's son. According to reports, Jason Presley was suing for rights to the entire Presley family estate. Jason claimed his father was murdered in 1977 and did not die from a drug overdose.
Jason Presley created a petition to the high court asking them to review his case. The U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear a case from Jason Presley, a man who is claiming to be Elvis Presley's son.
