But is very difficult to sing Elvis!

I do that too:D I can keep a tune but I don't have a strong singing or talking voice...I try though.:lol: Certainly don't come close to his range that's for sure.

Almost all the time, I love to sing his songs while I am listening to them! :) :) But who wouldn't like to sing together with him? LOL... I have a karaoke DVD as well, with some of his songs. I agree with Diane, it is not easy to get close to his range. For example, I found "If I Can Dream" was not an easy song at all. He really was a huge talent.

yeah sometimes, I most sing to Lisas songs now because my voice have been better since that :D anyway I sing much to Elvis songs too. have done that many times and I have learn english from his songs :D

Been singing along with Elvis since I was ten years old...it`s almost impossible not to! Have to admit though...I can`t sing very well...so I try and keep it for when I`m by myself...better that way!! Probably my favourite to sing along with is "I gotta know"....sometimes as Elvis,sometimes as all the jordanaires!!!!:D:D:D

Okay I'll reveal my guilty pleasure..

I enjoy training on a fitness bike and put on live music from '69 or '70. This way I get to develop an idea of what it's like performing with a band and sweat at least as much as Elvis did.. it truly was sweat music!

Always singing to his songs, usually in the car when I can have the volume turned up and sing at the top of my voice ...................... and no one can hear!!

Although the last song I sang was "The Lady Loves Me" and it was to my dog. She didnt appreciate my singing at all and barked all the way through and jumped up at me! Little cow! (or maybe it was my little dance she didnt like!):hmm::blush::blush:

Yw Betti :hug: I always wanted to see Elvis live in concert, I would daydream about being in the front row singing along with him quiety so I wouldn't get kicked out lol then he would come over and put the mic in front of me and say sing it baby lol and I'd be like :blush: thanks Elvis but you're doing just great without me :) You see I even sing along with him in my daydreams lol :D

I'm glad you got a kick out of.. me making a complete and total fool out of myself!

I can recommend it to anyone who tends to get bored exercising. It's cool to give it some extra spins during those "Suspicious Minds" drum riffs or to hold it at the end of "I can't stop loving you": herherher daay-haay!

Of course I sing along-I learned to sing by listening to his records.
When I was 14 I started singing in the youth choir at a church I was attending and the lady who played piano and directed the choir asked me how I learned to sing so well-I told her by listening to Elvis records since I was 7-I recommended that she advise all her youth to listen and sing along.
She said she did not think that was a wise way to teach singing:lol:

I`ll bop along quite happily with all the others but the sounds that come out if I try to sing "Hurt" are more like some kind of animal mating call!... I could end up causing a stampede or something!

It seems like every fan of Elvis sings to his songs sometimes. I sing very often. :+) I would sing more often if I would live alone. I don´t like it when others can hear me. That makes me nervous.

SOmetimes I jump in and sing a line or two, other times the whole song, but there are certain lines I have to sing aloud when I hear them, such as "All your dreams are on their way, see how they shine" or parts of "Polk Salad Annie"

:'( "HURT" I definately sing to, I feel it deep inside, and love the song.
I also sing Flaming star and Fame and Fortune...a lot of them really, love the gospel ones too... I wouldn't want anyone to hear me singing along with Elvis though. :lmfao: Makes one realise just how incredibly easy the King made it look!
